John Worcester is currently planting Fellowship Church GTA, and equipping church planting leaders
in the Toronto, Canada area. In the past John has planted and pastored eight conversion growth
churches on both coasts and in Russia. In the process of planting, he has regularly apprenticed
future church planters. Over 20,000 people attend these churches or their offspring. John has also
coached thousands of planters from more than 42 countries. While on Saddleback staff, he wrote a
widely used Purpose Driven Church Planting Basic Training curriculum. John is now writing training
materials called 3D Church Planting, which is based on the cross-cultural principles of Jesus and
Paul, and focuses on Discovering the ripe, Developing the reliable, and Deploying the ready. John
and his wife Diane have two sets of twin sons. All four sons are starting university ministries
in California or East Asia. John especially enjoys talking about church planting strategies, architecting
new ways of reaching people, trout fishing, sports, and movies. SESSIONS

START a church that rescues as many unsaved people as possible by applying these five important priorities: Scripturally solid foundation, Team effectively, Adapt to your target culture,
Rescue sacrificially, and Teaching effectively. Learn important rescue strategies of Jesus with field-tested examples in many different settings.
