In 1997, Brian Bloye started West Ridge Church in Northwest Atlanta. He is passionate about starting new churches and investing in the lives of church planters. Brian, with his wife Amy, co-authored It's Personal: Surviving and Thriving on the Journey of Church Planting. In 2011, he co-founded LAUNCH, now called Multiply, to assess, train and coach church planters. He is the president and co-founder of Engage Burkina, an organization devoted to planting churches and digging wells in Burkina Faso, Africa. Brian is also the vice president of the Liberty Church Network and recently started Engage Churches to encourage, equip and connect church planting couples. He loves running and paddle boarding, the Michigan Wolverines, and Detroit sports teams. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, his two sons, Taylor and Zach and his English Lab, Gibson.


Workshop Session 1: Inside Out – Leading from the Overflow
Ministry demands often leave us leading from exhaustion and leftovers. God wants to pour into you in such a powerful way that you are emotionally and spiritually healthy. This session will challenge you to speak and lead from the overflow of personal healthiness and a vibrant walk with God.

Growing up on the front lines as a ministry kid can be exciting and inspiring, yet our kids live in fishbowls of expectations and challenges. How can we have a successful ministry and raise kids who love God and the church? Join Brian and Amy Bloye as they share 22 years of raising kids and planting a church together.
