Workshop Session 1: The Higher Impact Leader – Characteristics of "4+" Pastors
Most Christian leaders have a misguided view of what a "high impact leader" looks like. Typically, they envision some megachurch pastor or well-known church leader. Jesus wasn't looking, however, for celebrities or the ultra-gifted. He was commissioning normal leaders who could bear "much fruit" for the kingdom (John 15). This workshop focuses on those key leadership characteristics and skills necessary for establishing a "reproducing network" (4+). It hits the essentials of the "Heart, Head and Hands" that empower ordinary leaders to become higher impact leaders. This workshop is for any leader who has a burning desire to become a "movement maker."
Time: Tuesday, 2:30 – 3:30pm
Location: AP Buildings - AP 8

Workshop Session 2: Final Base Camp – Preparing for Level 5 Ascent
Before a church engages in multiplication, it needs to get ready to do so. This workshop discusses the step between Level 4 reproduction and Level 5 multiplication. Just before the summit is a final base camp (4+) at which leaders and churches must both divest themselves of what is no longer needed, and acquire the requisite tools for the final assent. Get ready to climb into rarified air.
Time: Wednesday, 8:45 – 9:45am
Location: Henry Chapel

Workshop Session 3: Ministry Marriages – Dreaming Big
Most Christian leaders settle for marriages that are "good enough." Church Planters are particularly challenged by the tension between ministry life and home life. Ministry ends up competing with rather than flowing from these marriages. But God has a BIGGER DREAM for ministry marriages. This workshop will teach you how to dream; how to prevent or arrest the dream stealers; and keys to dream building for your marriage. Learn how to balance/blend marriage and ministry in ways that make both thrive.
Time: Wednesday, 1:00 – 2:00pm
Location: Education Building (E1) - Room 321/323/327
