Denny Heiberg is a graduate from Columbia International University with a BA in Biblical Studies and Christian Education. He has an MA in Biblical Studies, an M. Div., and a D.Min. in Biblical Preaching and Leadership from Asbury Theological Seminary.

Denny is an elder in the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church and served as lead pastor at Grace at Fort Clarke UMC in Gainesville, Florida from 1994-2012.

In July 2012 Denny joined with TMS Global as a member of their Ministry Resource Group focusing upon the areas of Discipleship Training and Member Care. In this capacity, Denny and his wife, Cindy, have the privilege of mobilizing leaders of the global church into becoming an intentional movement of disciple making followers of Jesus (Mobilizing Disciples).

Denny also serves on the faculty of The Bonhoeffer Project, which focuses upon developing disciple making leaders around the world.
