Jonathan D. Golden is the founder of Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee Company™, a multimillion dollar company that has been instrumental in promoting reconciliation and economic sustainability in Rwanda. Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee Company™ provides work at a living wage to more than 2,500 farmers in Rwanda.

Jonathan has a Masters in Counseling and a degree in Theology and has spent the past fifteen years working with individuals, teams, and organizations to become more successful. His unique approach involves helping people balance their life and work, while at the same time becoming more highly proficient and purposeful. Most recently he has written the book, Be You. Do Good. Having the Guts to Pursue What Makes You Come Alive. Jonathan and his company have been featured by CNN, Fox News, Christianity Today, Relevant, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Charisma, Catalyst, Q, Story, Exponential, Velocity, Ignite, Collyde and Orange conferences. They have also toured with Third Day, TobyMac, and Switchfoot. Jonathan is also an ordained Anglican priest at St. Peter's Place in Roswell, Georgia.


Workshop Session 1: Coffee, Calling and the Common Good
In this breakout you will learn how to create the common good for your community and pursue your calling by starting a Coffee House. Jonathan is a practicing Anglican priest, a respected organizational consultant, and founder and CEO of Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee, a company that pays a fair wage to the farmers of Rwanda, helps them with their basic needs, and brings a quality product to coffee lovers throughout the United States.
