Workshop Session 1: Working Together for a Change – The Church as a Creative and Collaborative Change-Agent
The "Church on Mission" means incarnating Christ in her neighborhoods. Pastors and leaders desire to make Christ's love tangible in ways that impact their communities. This, however, requires a clear vision, creative ideas, a feasible plan and the right partners. This workshop presents keys to help the Church become an effective change-agent and expression of Christ in her community. It identifies the primary blocks to innovation and collaboration and presents essential practices to help your church execute the vision for lasting change in your neighborhood.
Time: Tuesday, 2:30 – 3:30pm
Location: Faith Hall - Room 356

Workshop Session 3: Ministry Marriages – Dreaming Big
Most Christian leaders settle for marriages that are "good enough." Church Planters are particularly challenged by the tension between ministry life and home life. Ministry ends up competing with rather than flowing from these marriages. But God has a BIGGER DREAM for ministry marriages. This workshop will teach you how to dream; how to prevent or arrest the dream stealers; and keys to dream building for your marriage. Learn how to balance/blend marriage and ministry in ways that make both thrive.
Time: Wednesday, 1:00 – 2:00pm
Location: Education Building (E1) - Room 321/323/327
