Ariyana is a constant recognizer of God's grace, a disciple maker and a Bible teacher. She first recognized God's grace when the gospel was shared with her and she responded in faith while in college. She moved to Memphis from the Chicagoland area to join the staff of Downline Ministries. She served as the Women's Director for the Emerging Leaders program for 6 years. She states those years shaped her heart for discipleship as she poured into women. While on staff at Downline Ministries, she began volunteering with the Moriah House the women's recovery program of the Memphis Union Mission. She began teaching Bible lessons to the ladies and soon discovered her love for women in these situations. She was asked to join the staff as a counselor in 2014. She has seen the importance of discipleship in the lives of the women she counsels at Moriah House. In addition to teaching at Moriah House, she leads Bible/book studies at Fellowship Memphis Church, teaches in the Downline Institute in Memphis and Arkansas, speaks at discipleship conferences locally and internationally and at youth conferences and women's retreats. Her passion for discipleship and the Word of God is contagious. She desires to help people thirst more for the Lord through the study of His Word. She is amazed daily that God chooses her to teach His word.
