SESSIONS
Workshop Session 1: From Addition to Multiplication: Building a Multiplying Culture
We often hear of "culture" as a crucial component of the health of our church. But what is culture and how do we understand what to do to create a
culture where ministry and leaders multiply? No matter what our context, our churches won't multiply without intentionally designing our leadership culture.
This workshop shows us how to intentionally create a culture where leaders are developed and multiplication occurs both at a macro and micro level. Utilizing
a proven culture indicator along with a model that transforms leadership in both church plants and existing churches, you can lead into the culture that God has for your church.
Time: Tuesday, 2:30 – 3:30pm
Location: Faith Hall - Room 355
Workshop Session 3: Overcoming the Obstacles to a Culture of Multiplication
Perhaps we have embraced the fact that our church culture consists of Values, Narrative, and Behaviors. It's simple ... but not easy. Church Planters and Pastors
alike struggle to intentionally build a culture of Multiplication. What are the right Values? How does our story align with multiplication? What behavioral patterns
are feasible for our lay leaders? Our vision is clear but we run into unforeseen barriers as we lead people in the context of our community. This workshop addresses
four common obstacles and specific action that can be taken to multiply. When we understand these obstacles and remedies brings hope and change on the path to exponential growth.
Time: Wednesday, 1:00 – 2:00pm
Location: Faith Hall - Room 355
