Rob Wegner serves as a teaching pastor at Granger Community Church, calling the people of God to get out of their seat and into the Story. Under his leadership, Granger has seen thousands move out on mission, culminating in redemptive movements locally and globally, that include expressions like Monroe Circle Community Center, a hub for neighborhood renewal in the inner city, and a movement of over 1000 reproducing churches in India that includes more than 140,000 people. Rob is also the lead catalyst for EnterMission, which sparks holistic transformation of communities by cultivating grassroots movements, equipping and networking churches for glocal impact, and forging transformational partnerships across the domains of society. Currently Rob is working alongside Alan Hirsch in an innovative coaching program called Future Travelers helping mega-churches become missional movements. His first book, Share the Well, which he co-wrote with his wife, Michelle, is an eyes wide open experience through visually stunning photos and captivating stories of the holistic church planting movement they helped birth in India. His second book, Missional Moves, which releases in Fall of 2012, is the next book in Zondervan's Exponential Series. Rob and Michelle have three girls - Madeline, Whitney, and Belle who are quickly becoming Kingdom revolutionaries. You can find Rob blogging at www.robwegner.org or on Twitter @robwegner.Sessions

Title: Future Travelers Conference - Making The Leap From Church as Institution to Church as Movement
The local church is on the verge of a massive, category shifting change. For 1700 years, the primary identity of the local church in the West has been "church as institution." Over the last 50 years, the church growth movement has brought much needed reformation within this expression. Although God continues to transform many lives through these prevailing models, it has not stemmed the decline of Western Christianity. We can't settle for winning a battle via contemporary church and multi-site, while losing the larger war. Simply producing more of the same will not be enough. Our times require a different expression of the local church — church as apostolic movement, where every person is living a mission-sent life, where every person is a reproducing Christian, and every church a reproducing church. In this conference, Alan Hirsch, Dave Ferguson, and Rob Wegner will share a rich combination of theology, theory, and best practices, along with inspiring true stories of Future Travelers, leading influential churches from with the prevailing model, who are making the leap to church as movement. These churches are seeking to keep the best of what church growth has taught us, while simultaneously leveraging megachurch and multi-site as a launch pad for missional movements of their people. This is not for the faint of heart. If a holy discontent is stirring in you to recapture a more primal, yet contemporary, expression of church that is truly an unstoppable force for the Kingdom, then come join Future Travelers. Think you might already be a Future Travelers? Are you ready to for a year long journey with other revolutionaries? Learn more at www.missional.com.

Workshop Session 1
Title: From Mega to Missional
Missional.” For the past decade, the buzzword has been used to describe all things church—missional leadership, missional small groups, missional approach, missional communities. The concept has been written about, studied, argued over, questioned and celebrated. For the past 10 years, Granger Community Church in Granger, Ind., has explored, wrestled with and ultimately embraced what it means to be missional. We look at the potential and the tensions of moving from Megachurch and Missional. How is it that megachurch and multi-site can become a launch pad for a missional movement of God's people into every domain of society and every unreached pocket of people in a community?
