Session 2:
What I Owe My Team - As pastors and ministry leaders, we can't just focus on affecting the lives of the masses. We must positively affect the lives of the team members closest to us. However, one of the greatest challenges we face is leading the team that God has entrusted to our care. At the end of the day, our success in ministry will largely depend on the health and growth of our team! We need a team- a great team- if we want to be and do everything God wants for us be!

Session 3:
A Partnership: In Ministry and Marriage - Our spouse should be our first and best ministry partner. Our spouse should also be our first and best partner at home. Our spouse should help us with our blindsides and help compensate for our weaknesses. Our ministry and our home should be stronger because we're married. Is yours? Session 4:
Changing The Scorecard - How do we measure success? Our success cannot be simply measured by the size of our budgets, and buildings, attendances, and campuses. At least it should not. If it is, it will cost us. In fact, it already is! We must come back to measuring success the way God does. In this workshop, Shawn and Dave will discuss how they are changing the scorecards in their churches, and how you can too.
