Today we find increasing complexities in mobilizing church movement. The past few years have presented challenges that are unprecedented in our lifetime, causing many existing churches to scramble, looking for innovation in ministry and discipleship. As well, planters are challenged in following past models of launching a new community of faith.

So how do pastors and pioneers find momentum and movement within such a challenging time? What are the innovations that are taking place, the experiments finding success, that allow churches, new and old, to continue participating in the mission of God? What are the practical steps leaders can take to adapt their current paradigms to meet our new and future reality?

Through training and interactive coaching discussions, this Pre-Conference will help participants:

Gain clarity on the challenges their church, context, or initiative is facing.
Develop a vision for a better future as it relates to missional movement.
Understand the preparation and the pathway needed to move towards that better future.
Take practical next steps to see disciples made, communities transformed, new things pioneered, and ultimately the reign of God revealed in their context.
