Sunday's coming! Each week, as a church leader, you've got dozens, if not hundreds, of volunteer slots that need to be filled so that the ministry programs of the church will thrive. Fantastic tools like S.H.A.P.E. and Network have helped many churches make the shift to gift-based volunteerism. What a big difference these have made!

But, if you're reading this, we bet you've still got a splinter in your mind. You know there is something incomplete about this system of mobilization. Gift-based volunteerism is getting the weekly work done for the church services, but the bigger work of redeeming the world outside of the church walls is not getting done. You know the people in your church can make a difference, but you do not yet know how to empower and release them for that work.

In this Preconference, we'll provide a framework and practical tools to shift from a:

WE Can Build It, You Can Help approach:
program focused where most ministry happens in the programs of the organized church,
volunteer-centric programs have mostly predetermined slots that must be filled,
recruiting approach to mobilization that keeps them inside our organization.

Toward a You Can Build It, We Can Help approach:
"all of life"-focused where most ministry happens where we live, work, study, and play
alling-centric ministry determined by your gifts, passions, and story
sending approach to mobilization where our volunteer slots are preparation for personal calling

This Made for More preconference will be led by Rob Wegner, Director of the Kansas City Underground, NewThing Lead Team member and co-author of the FREE Exponential eBook, Made for More, and Brian Phipps, Founder of Disciples Made and co-author of Find Your Place: Locating Personal Calling Through Gifts, Passions and Story. Rob and Brian have mobilized thousands of people as disciple-makers who are living into their personal calling through an intentional, reproducible disciple-making process. Joining them are Myron Pierce and Brian Johnson.
