SESSIONS
PRE-CONFERENCE: Building a Killer Team Without Killing Yourself or Your Team — Hosted by Courage to Lead
One more leader won’t solve your problems. Seminary didn’t teach us this. Hiring people. Dealing with underperformers. Releasing people. Capacity issues. Chemistry issues. Character issues. Unity. Culture. Vision. Staff meetings. Leadership Development. A staff doesn’t make a team, but it can become one. When Jesus got ready to change the world, he built a great Team. If Jesus needed a great Team, do you think you might? You can’t do this without...a great team; a healthy team; and a highly competent and unified team. In this preconference we’ll show you how to build a killer team...without killing ourselves or our Team! Full list of speakers for this pre-con here.

Workshop Session 2: How to Collaborate in Your City
Collaboration starts with vision and the vision starts with God calling you to lead the way in owning the lostness of your community. Are you ready to see the greater body of Christ in your city mobilized for Jesus’ mission? It’s a great idea, but how do we put rubber to the road when there is a tension between addition (growing your church) and multiplication (planting churches). In this session, we will give you the essentials you need to mobilize the Church toward collaboration.
Time: Wednesday, 8:45am — 9:45am
Location: Henry Chapel
Speakers: Kevin Davis, Will Plitt, Jon Ferguson, Eric Metcalf, David Rosa
