Workshop Session 1: Is Your Church Running a 20th or 21st Century OS?
By definition, an operating system (OS) is the software that supports a computer's basic functions, such as scheduling tasks, executing applications, and controlling peripherals. Similarly, churches have an intrinsic OS that if not upgraded soon becomes a limiting factor that constrains size, slows or even stops forward progress. In this workshop, Mark will explain why and how churches today are still chasing 20th century metrics and what specifically needs to change in our approach to planting, growth, and development, to ensure 21st century effectiveness.
Time: Tuesday, 2:30pm — 3:30pm
Location: Kids 1 - Room 110C
Speakers: Mark DeYmaz

This panel of missional practitioners and authors will present some relevant questions that every church leader needs to ask about the future, in light of these chaotic times. This lunch will provide you a space to connect with leaders who long to see God's people mobilized across neighborhoods, networks, third-spaces, and work-spaces. Additionally, you will hear from pastors and leaders from diverse contexts who are mobilizing those they lead and seeing new Kingdom expressions pioneered, movement pathways created, and ultimately the reign of God revealed. Don't miss this opportunity to be inspired as well as informed on how you too can move your congregation from maintenance to movement. Featuring: Jon Ritner, Mark DeYmaz, Brian Sanders, Rich Robinson, Oneya Okuwobi, Lisa Rodrigeuz Watson, and Michael Beck.

Workshop Session 3: Why Tithes and Offerings Are No Longer Enough and What You Can Do About It
Tithes and offerings alone are no longer enough to provide for the needs of the local church, enable pastors to pursue opportunities, or sustain long-term ministry impact. For churches to not only survive but thrive in the future, leaders must learn to leverage assets, bless the community, empower entrepreneurs, and create multiple streams of income to effectively fund mission. In this workshop, Mark will breakdown the theology, sociology, and promising practices of the coming revolution in Church Economics.
Time: Wednesday, 2:30pm — 3:30pm
Location: Kids 1 - Room 110C
Speakers: Mark DeYmaz
