Patrick first became involved with church planting when he joined the New Life Christian Church launch team in 1992. Several years after launch, God called Patrick to full-time vocational ministry. He served as a general associate minister focusing on operations and administration for five years before transitioning to lead New Life's church planting ministry, Passion for Planting (P4P). In this role Patrick was a project manager for dozens of church plants and developed many systems and processes to be used with church plants across the US. P4P has since grown to a national ministry being significantly involved in over 275 church plants and providing resources to countless more. In addition to continuing oversight of P4P, Patrick serves as Executive Minister at New Life, a multi-site church outside Washington D.C. Patrick lives in Fairfax, VA with his incredibly supportive wife and son.
