SESSIONS

PRE-CONFERENCE: Church Multiplication Through Multisite and Church Mergers – Hosted by Jim Tomberlin and Warren Bird
Monday: Learn the basics of launching strong in the new era with multisite specialists and practitioners Warren Bird and Jim Tomberlin. Pastor Andy Addis explains how to multiply churches through multisite, mergers and microsites in rural contexts. Tuesday: Church mergers were occurring in an unprecedented way across North America pre-pandemic with over 40% of multisite campuses coming through a merger. The pandemic era has accelerated the merger option for many of the 250,000 stuck or struggling churches across North America. Many are discovering they can have a new beginning and/or a new pastor by merging with a multisite church or church planter needing a facility. Learn how to initiate and navigate the church merger conversation from the authors of Better Together: Making Church Mergers Work—Expanded and Updated. More details for this pre-con here.
