In this workshop, we’ll teach you how to foster togetherness on your Team, have meetings that matter, assess your Team, get clearer with your expectations, bolster accountability, build an action oriented team, how to have “courageous conversations” with your Team, and do it all without killing yourself or your Team!

Experience alone won’t make our team better, They need reps followed by consistent, honest feedback. We need a culture, system and process that allows us to develop our Team and help them grow. In this session, we’ll give you the plan, including a step by step Performance & Review process.
