Andy Addis is lead pastor of a multisite rural network called CrossPoint Church, a leader, motivational speaker/trainer and author. Andy also volunteers as the Rural Strategist of the North American Mission Board Replant Team.

CrossPoint Church is a multisite network of churches with numerous locations throughout Kansas and a congregation around 2,500. Their focus is to reach rurality and tithe their mission field back to the Lord reaching 10% of each community in which they exist.

Andy is the author of three books: Reading It Right, Count It All Joy, and BLOTCH. The first, Reading It Right, is a tool for in-depth Bible study. Second, Count It All Joy is a 25-day devotional from the book of James. Third, BLOTCH is a children's book and parent resource produced by LifeWay and B&H Kids.

Andy has Bachelor and Masters degrees in communication from Fort Hays State University, and Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages degree from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.

His professional background has provided him several career opportunities that aid him as a communicator: College Instructor, Radio On-Air Personality, Newspaper Journalist, Church Staff Member, and Independent Speaker and Trainer.

Andy is married to Kathy, and they have two wonderful sons: Noah (age 23) and Nathan (age 20).

Pastor Andy Addis explains how to multiply churches through multisite, mergers and microsites in rural contexts. Tuesday: Church mergers were occurring in an unprecedented way across North America pre-pandemic with over 40% of multisite campuses coming through a merger. The pandemic era has accelerated the merger option for many of the 250,000 stuck or struggling churches across North America. Many are discovering they can have a new beginning and/or a new pastor by merging with a multisite church or church planter needing a facility.
