Jason Davila (D.Ed.Min., Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) is committed to helping pastors and Kingdom leaders find success and joy in their life and ministry. He is a minister, professor and consultant with varied experience in the local church and non-profit space.

Jason lives in Dallas with his wife, Heather, and they have three children. You can often find them exploring the city, listening to jazz or Broadway hits, playing games, and hanging out with friends.

Workshop Session 2: How to Build or Join a Staff Team Committed to Equity and Inclusion
Imagine a church staff that reflects the multiethnic roots of the New Testament Church (see Acts 11:19-26; 13:1) with diverse individuals functioning in the strength of their gifting, modeling mutual respect, sharing responsible authority, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. In this workshop, Jason will provide practical information to help you build and/or join a diverse staff team committed to equity and inclusion. Learn how certain postures and practices can better position your team to reflect Kingdom unity on earth as it is in heaven, all for the sake of the Gospel.
