Brett is the founding pastor of New Life Christian Church in the northern Virginia suburbs of Washington DC. Since launching in 1993 New Life has grown to be multi-site and
has directly planted 294 churches with over 31,000 people reached. They've also built a national church planting ministry Passion for Planting that has impacted
countless other church plants by providing free resources, project management, and by shaping Exponential into what it is today. New Life also runs the nZone, an indoor recreational
facility, which allows over 400,000 Washingtonians experience the love to God every year before they know it's God's love they are experiencing. Brett's greatest blessing on earth is his
wife of 29 years, Laura, and their four children. He enjoys sailing, coaching baseball, and his beagle, who will eagerly greet you by wetting the floor.SESSIONS

Passion for Planting is offering a high-energy equipping lab that features experienced practitioners teaching church planting fundamentals with disciple making at the core.
On Day 1, we'll focus on real-world, proven and practical methods of disciple making. On Day 2, we'll provide the "how to" nuts and bolts (with tools & templates) essential
to church planting. Come learn, be encouraged, be challenged and have fun! Don't just plant a church, start a Disciple Making Movement that fuels a Church Planting Movement!

stumblers and bumblers with PhD's in "learning the hard way" from the School of Hard Knocks. For one hour, we will share a boat-load of practical proverbs that have
been tested and proven in the fires of church planting for decades in dozens of new churches. Our goal: 5 years from now, you will still be using at least one
proverb from our time together.
